Jonathan, I too am satisified with Humanware. I spoke to them earlier this week re my upgrade and it hadn't shipped. I was treatted with the uttmost respect. Everyone was very nice to me. I love the voicenote qt and wouldn't use anything else unless it were a Braillenote qt. That's way out of my price range though. Stacey
