Hi Don, Here are a couple of thoughts/suggestions. They may or may not apply depending on how you are handling your email.
First of all, is your option in received options set to delete mail from server = yes or no? If yes, this won't help you so you can ignore the rest of your message. If it's set to no, then have you emptied your trash? Or, have you emptied your mailbox since the last messages download? For example, if you download 50 messages and either leave them in your mailbox or move them to trash but don't empty the trash, and then you go back later when there are another 50 messages there, the bn will say something like "receiving 1 of 100". The count is actually the count of messages on the mail server. But, it will just bypass those first 50 messages you downloaded earlier and then start downloading with message 51. But, assuming you moved the first 50 messages to trash and didn't empty the trash, you will see that 50 messages are in your inbox. Hope this makes sense. For example, it will say "receiving 100 emails", and indeed it counts through to that figure one at a time. However, when finished, it will say "50 emails in the inbox", or words to that effect. and 50 there are, not 100. Has anyone else come across this error? what should I be doing about it? Many thanks for any suggestions.
