Kelly;
Tell us how you do the job of a cashier. Do you use any talking devices?
How do you read the prices. I almost became a vender, atleast I trained for
a while and now I am a Grants clerk in the secretarial field.
talk to you later.

Subject: [Braillenote] introducing myself

Hi,

My name is Kelly and I've been using the BrailleNote BT 18 since October of
2001. I got it on a Friday from my rehab counselor's office before going to
work and wanted my work with my elementary students, at the time, and staff
meeting of the vision department to get over and fast. I wanted to start
learning what my friend who'd help write the justification to prove I needed
the BrailleNote BT 18 and i had already started calling affectionately "The
Baby". We've called it that nickname ever since. Did i mention that half
way through the next we had an ice storm that knocked out power in parts of
Kansas City and made travel close to impossible? When my co-workers found
out I'd been learning my new note taker on the three days we had ended up
off they accused me of causing the ice storm.

I've tried to keep my BN BT 18 up to date ever since as much as possible. I
just got the 6.1 upgrade package in the mail on a Compact card, and am now
having trouble using Active Sync by way of my serial port. Any ideas? By
the way, I'm now a cashier where I use my BN BT 18 for notes for myself and
jotting down messages for my co-workers.
