Michele, it's better to include a message you refer to, because it's not
clear to which attachments in which message you refer.  As a general
rule, the bn won't open attachments which are in a format that it
couldn't read, like e.g. gif files.

I don't know how that email ended up being sent to you and I apologize.
However, when the attachments in question tried to open, the display
read that they could not be accessed.  Does anyone have any idea why?
