Jim,
I did press space with the letter e or chord e and it said address added.
that's how I ended that session. So you can do a chord e and a chord en
sign. Okay. Atleast it said record added in both cases.
Jim do youthink dean jackson might be a tad uncomfortable with all that
praise? some are you know.

Isaac and Melissa,
It's a funny old world, two people doing different things to achieve the same
object.
When I enter an address, after typing in the last field, I press space bar with dots two
and six and the machine says, or displays, "Record added".
This seems to me to be a safer way of guaranteeing that your addresses have really
"taken".
As for your disappearing file, Lisa, I would go to the file list in the General
folder, and, when you get to the file that has disappeared, press space bar i
and the machine will tell you if the file has zero characters in it, or is, in
some way, turned in on itself. Try this first, Lisa, and let me know,
preferably off list, how it goes. Otherwise, dare I suggest that you contact
the brilliant, ever vigilant, patient Dean Jackson in New Zealand, who has a
world wide reputation for solving BrailleNote problems with a wave of his
magic, technological wand.
Warm regards,
Jim Taylor.
