I got off the list for a while, but decided to go back on, for at least a
little while.
I'm not very technically savvy, and have some questions about Keysoft 6.1,
which I just received. Is there a place where I can get step-by-step
instructions about installing it? I went to www.pulsedata.com/6.1 and the page
isn't available. Can anyone send me, offlist if they'd rather instructions
about this? I also got a CD for Keysoft 5.1 which I put in my PC and I guess
it installs a newer version of Active Sync, although it says 5.1 which I
don't understand since the new version is 6.1. Do I just put it in and tab to
install and hit enter. My sales rep installed active sync when I bought the BN
so I haven't installed it myself. I never use active sync, so is it worth
bothering to do it? I need instructions on how to do that too.
I thought we were told that there were going to be some Braille instructions
with the packet, but there aren't.
I'd appreciate any help. You'll all be sorry I'm back on the list, but then
again, if I'm stymied, probably others are too. Thanks.
