Hi, gain. We reset the machine and the compact flash was recognized. Now, our question is why would we not see the files on the card that were copied during backup.
WE did the following: We hit enter on word processing. Enter on open a document. Pressed back space to get list of drives. Hit enter on compact flash. Pressed enter on backup folder 2005. This folder had 187 files copied to it. When Denise tried to find individual files in the folder it indicated no more items in list.
