Hello Steve,

I will leave the second question to Jonathan.

Just doing a quick search on google, there appears to be a 4 GB compactflash
micro drive but I can't definitely say whether it works in the BrailleNote,
since we haven't tested this product. In theory, this drive should work
without any hassles though. Personally, I've only put my hands on a PCMCIA
micro drive.

Subject: [Braillenote] Micro Drive and 6.1 Question

PDI Staff:

Just a quick couple of questions: Does the Micro Drive work in the rear
compact flash card slot in the braille note or only in the PCMCIA card slot
on the side of the unit? I am contemplating the purchase of the Micro
Drive, but with 6.1 coming out and the need for a wireless card to be
inhabiting the PCMCIA card slot, and my not wanting to constantly be
removing the wireless card in order to use a Micro Drive, this is my
determining factor. Lastly, it is my understanding that a current SMA does
not cover everything in an upgrade to 6.1. Is it a $399 upgrade for those
of us with no current SMA's remaining? Could you clarify? Thank you.

Steve
