In computer Braille, the equals is 1-2-3-4-5-6 Don't ask me why--I have no idea. I would love it if Nemeth could be incorporated in so we could write in that instead of computer Braille. and have the symbols look normal to us. ----- Original Message ----- From: "rhonda clark" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, October 19, 2004 11:14 AM Subject: [Braillenote] numbers
> Hi, everyone. Correct me if I'm wrong, as I am trying to answer Terry's question. Using dots 4-6 and then dots 1-3 is no longer an equals sign, is it? Terry, I have written your numbers every way I can think of, except I,m not using the BN. i tried using the VN, and then reading it on the braille display of the BN: This is how it comes out. > $53.50+$19.00=$72.50. > > > ___ > To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit > http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote > >
