Charles and Sharon, I'll add to what you just said, because it may be useful. I always block off the beginning of the "les-than" or "greater-than" signs", and at the end of it, delete the block. Sometimes that's about all you do in a message. If they are HTML, I believe you can go on the internet to read the HTML file. Many people are smarter than me. Seville definitely could tell you.
