The RadioShack charger you got for just a few dollars less may be responsible
for at least part of your constant reset problem. I don't have facts to back
this up, but I know the Humanware charger is a specialized one, so there may be
a hidden problem that no one is aware of. Personally, ten or fifteen dollars
saved is nowhere near enough for me to justify the worry I would get from using
a non-Humanware charger. Now, if Humanware were to charge $100 or more, then I
could see going to RadioShack, but $32 is more than worth spending to keep my
mind at rest and my BN healthy.
Just a thought and an opinion.

PREVENTTHISWHEREPOSSIBLE?

Hey Rhonda, it's nice to know that I am NOT SCREWING UP something. My
computer running XP Service Pak2 hardly ever lock up. I'm tired of the
resets; it is discouraging me from trying to recommend the BraileNote.

BTW, my charger busted; PDI wanted to sell me one for $27 plus $5 for
shipping. The $17 one I picked up from Radio Shack has been serving me well
since June of 2004. The $17 paid included the appropriate sales tax. Just
hope someday, I will be able to CHANGE MY BATTERIES without SCHLEPPING IT
OFFto another part of the Universe. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
