Peggy, keysoft 5.1 was a free upgrade to anyone who already had keysoft 5, so they cannot subtract it from your remaining SMA's. Hth Riana

I hate having to do all this calling and nagging and follow-up on something that shouldn't have been sent to me in the first place, but I guess if I want the upgrade I ordered, I'll have to get back on the horn tomorrow and call them again and see if this time I can get results.
