that is when you would go with your cell phone or dial up.
At home is what I am trying to say.
We will go get cords for our cell phones soon.
So we can use both.
The cell away from home and the wireless at home.

Thanks. So I'm wondering what the general consensus is. Is it worth buying an ethernet card if you'll be going wireless? Are there times when one would want to be hooked up and not be wireless?

If you want to use DSL now, you'd need to buy the ethernet card, which would cost approximately $159 from Pulsedata, and I guess you can buy it somewhere else for around $100. You should have gotten a modem, and if you're going to use it with your computer, you'll need a router. If you're planning to go wireless, make sure it's a router that can go either way.
