126 must have been a typo on my part or a mental aboration.
I created three folders on the card then put the documents into the folders 
and had no trouble with it excepting more then 48mb of files.

If you are saying that your flash card is 126 mb, than something is wrong.
It should be 128 mb. Try formatting it and see if that helps.
