Ok, guys, don't shoot me! I know there's been a long discussion of web braille
recently, but I have been away from home for several weeks and in the interest
of time and managing massive amounts of email, I have pretty much deleted most
list mail, from any list.

So, as I've done before when traveling, I've been depending on my BN and have
been experimenting with it to learn new things and become a better user.
Tonight, I decided to check out downloading web braille directly, instead of my
usual way of downloading it to my PC and transferring it via compact flash
card. I don't have access to a PC right now, so this stirs me to go for it
directly.

I got to the web site ok, and after much racking of my brain, and several
failed attempts, I finally remembered my log on info--I think--and got past the
log on page! However, everything came to a screeching halt after that! The BN
showed "please wait", appeared to make the transition to the next page. The
braille display showed the words "web braille" and that was it. After a few
moments, I tried the commands to move from link to link, or even just to read
the page. Nothing. Just the sound telling me I'd pressed an incorrect key, or
that there was just nowhere to go!

Is this a web braille glitch, do you think, or is it something I've done wrong
in the process of getting to the site, or didn't I even get that far? The BN
stopped showing "please wait", so I figured it was finished downloading the
page and the first page of the web braille site should have been displayed, but
there was nothing. A complete blank!

Any ideas?

Sherry
