Hi, If you just wanted to get her software back and you'd whiped the flash disk, couldn't you just do a reset with dots 4-5-6? If that fails, try a reset with 1-2-3 to reload the ROM immage software.

Should she just be patient and wait until her 6.11 along with the new Windows CE 4.20 rom image/and keysoft image to arrive so she can install that instead? I'm at a loss as how to get her 6.1 back. Her software is backed up on my computer's hard drive and I will not have access to that until September when I go back to school. Right now my braillenote is my primary computer.
