Hi,

What I would suggest is to unzip the files on your pc and then copy the
resulting file or files to your braillenote.

If you have an unzip utility on your pc, all you have to do is to click on the
name of the zip file and it should launch the unzip program. The file will be
put
into a directory on your hard disk so be sure you check to be sure of the name
for that directory. Also, make sure you get the proper name of the file. It
may
or may not be the same as the name of the zip file.

Not sure why you are getting the error message from activesync except that you
may have file conversion turned on and it can't deal with a zip file.

Hi everybody,
I have a confusing situation, and I hope somebody will be able to help me
with it. Earlier this afternoon, my college professor, sent me two word
documents. When I downloaded the files to the computer, everything appeared to
work
fine. However, when I tried to copy them to my bn, I got an error message from
activesync, saying, that it couldn't read the required file from disk. When I
reread her email, I found out, that she had sent me zip files. Could this
possibly be why I got that strange message? Just as a test, I typed a fake word
document on the computer, and sent that to the bn, and it went through just
fine.
I'm not familiar with zip files. What are they exactly? It appears, that the
files, were typed in microsoft word format, and zip format, at the same time.
How is this possible? Well, now that I have these two zip files, could someone
pleasetell me what I should do, so that I can copy them to my bn? Thanks in
advance.
