Dear Richard and All,

If you use the BN as a braille display with WindowEyes, the default setting
is for the cursor dots 7 and 8 to flash or jump up and down.  The mouse dots
will also, by default, flash.  You can change the setting by selecting the
cursor and/or mouse to have the dots always up.

It could be the original post is referring to exercising the braille
display.  I'm afraid I don't have the information on how to stop the
exercising handy right now.
