The problem with your logic is the build is already finalized before the
end of January. They aren't going to be working on it any more between now
and when it arrives.
It's already in production.

Rhonda,
I wouldn't worry about Kim, she's certainly not the only one giving out
this information, and I'm sure Humanware will back her up fully. I, too,
wish the upgrade had come to me by now, but I've said it many times and
I'll say it again: If it means fewer bugs and a more stable package, then
I don't care if we wait until June to get the update, as long as it works
right. As impatient as some people seem to be, I wonder how they would
feel if they got their upgrade, installed it, and ended up with a dead or
crippled BrailleNote because the software hadn't been put through all
possible paces. Hang in there, guys, it will surely be worth the wait.

I just spoke with Kim from PDH. She informed me that 6.1 will not even
begin to ship until Feb. 20. I was a little shocked. She said New
Zealand wouldn't be shipping it to them until Feb. 20. I must have
misunderstood a lot of information. Kim said most of us will not get the
upgrade until sometime after April.
