Hi,

You don't have to use computer braille for a .brf file.  just write the word
in normal grade 2.

As far as retaining your place is concerned,  I don't know if this is in the
manual, but the thing that works for me is to be sure always to close the
file properly by pressing the letter E with the space bar and returning to
the main menu.

Now, I'm assuming you are using a braille note BT.  if you're using qwerty,
I don't know how to direct you.
