Sarah, if you've got an earlier version of keysoft on ROM, then I think I'm right in saying that doing a hard reset will reinstall the rom version. So for example on my machine, I have version four on rom, and when I do a hard reset I get back to version 4 and then have to use the downloaded file for 5 and 5.1 to upgrade. Don't forget to save data before doing this though ....
