Hello Cathleen,

What I would suggest you would do is go to the file manager and use the
rename option and select the exe file on the CF card.  Next, type a file
name in full, that is, with the .exe extension.

The problem is that obviously the file has something after the .exe
extension as you would be seeing it under the utilities/application menu
when listing the files otherwise.
