Hi, List!

Now, Mary Ellen, some of us really like the alarms and use them regularly.. I
know I do! They're my closest friend!

Alarms really are very useful when used correctly (like anything else.) I
wonder, though, what caused yours to go off if you don't use them? Maybe it was
a feindish attempt on the BrailleNote's part to get back at you for some
obscure reason. Did you call it some bad name recently, or forget to tell it it
was a wonderful machine? Oh, yeah! Don't think bad thoughts about it either. It
really does listen when you least expect it, too.

Maybe it's playing head games!!!

>Well Peggy reminded me of something which happened on the plane to Phoenix 2

>"You have missed 6 alarms, read or cansel." Well of course, I hhit the cansel
>and dog gone it if the stupid alarm didn't start to go off. Fortunately I
>grabbed it really quickly and reset and by jingo the stupid thing went off

>So this is absolutely something which needs to be looked at. I refuse to use
>the alarm on my machine because it is more of a nuissance than a tool and I
>really wouldn't mind if they simply eliminated it altogether.
>But that is just my half cents worth.
>Ok for you all who live in, the U. S., happy Thanksgiving.
