Hello Vicky, On the PK, no calibration is needed as there is no gauge reading. Instead, the battery level and battery status messages are derived from the current voltage reading. Therefore, you will not have the same degree of accuracy as on the BrailleNote but as I say, no calibration is needed.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me. But, just in case it takes longer than I realize, my question is approximately how long is it supposed to take to calibrate the battery on the PK? Did I hear someone on the list once maybe talk about twelve to fifteen hours for one of their BN products? For this first time, I decided to do this using the speech, and it has been dutifully talking now for about nine and a half hours. Thanks. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
