I have two Braille notes, an 18 cell and a 32 and any time I have sent
them in they have come back to me in great condition. However, I have
not sent one in in about 11 months.

I have never need to have much in the way of repairs.

Subject: [Braillenote] Re: Braille Notes: service/sales

I was about to purchase a BrailleNote. However, after reading the
repair and shipping concerns under this subject line, I will at least
delay my purchase. Hopefully, Pulse Data will mend whichever issues
resulted in this unjust error toward trusting customers--paying
customers. Would it help for others around the world to hear of these
things, so that concerns can be addressed to Pulse Data in order that
they be motivated to rectify any systemic problems?
