Hello Everyone, Those that have been monitoring the list in the past 24 hours will have noticed the excitement indicating the KeySoft 6.1 Key was temporarily available for download from the SDW site.
We are close to being able to ship KeySoft 6.1 upgrade kits to clients and the SDW key access was enabled to allow us to test the functionality of the process. Over the next week we will be checking through individual client records to ensure that where possible the SDW site will reflect the correct SMA update count information for each client. To those that have already been on the site and downloaded the KeySoft 6.1 Key, just store it in a safe place so that you can transfer it onto the KS6.1 CF card that will be mailed to you. If those people happen to look back on the SDW under their Serial Number they will see that the availability of the 6.1 Key has gone, and that your available SMA update count has increased by 2. This situation will revert when we again enable the SDW site for KS6.1. I will make a further post when we have re-enabled the KS6.1 Key on the SDW. If at that time you feel that there is a problem with the accuracy of the information on the site as regards your access to the KS6.1 key or your remaining SMA upgrade counts, just drop an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I will attend to your query.
