This is a test, please ignore. Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Dean Jackson Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 2004 4:33 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: [Braillenote] 6.1 questions Hi list: Sorry I have not been able to respond to one of the questions on this thread till now. I'll give an explanation to the problem, as I understood it, as to why more characters are on one line on a PC before the word wrap is implemented, even though the margins are set the same. Basically, by default, the BrailleNote is set to 10 characters per inch. This can only be changed by changing the paper width etc. Now, on the BrailleNote, the characters are equally spaced. Therefore, the spacing is governed by the largest character which I believe is the letter m. However, on a PC, proportional spacing is used which looks better visually and sort of takes less room. Technically, it would be possible to implement this functionality into KeyWord and I will be logging this suggestion in our database for possible inclusion in a future release of KeySoft.
