ARe you sure it's not chord 4 5 6 to take you to end of file? I thought that chord 4 6 is what is used for an "enter" command?

It places the cursor on the character marking the beginning of the next line (hard or soft return, or whatever), so theoretically, anything you type should appear immediately before that character, i.e. still on the current line.
