Hello Richie on a very cold Sunday morning in New Zealand indeed,

You should also have two index files, named as such, in the KeyPlan folder. These also need to be replaced. If you totally want to replace your Planner, perform a 123/sdf reset and delete all the KeyPlan files then copy your old files over. Don't forget to press space with x when in the file list, so as to show all the files, (including hidden) in the KeyPlan folder.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions.

Subject: [Braillenote] restoring planner

Hi all i just got a new braille note yesterday. I am trying to copy my
existing appointments from one braille note to another. I copied the entire key plan folder from my old bn on to a compact flash card. I then in my new braille note copied over the keyplan.dft and dbt files and the keyplan.ksd. But when i go in to the planner i don't see my previous appointments. What
am i missing here? I was considdering just deleting the whole key plan
folder from the flash disk and copying the key plan folder from the compact
flash card to the flash disk and see if that makes any difference. It is
worth noting that both these braille notes were using key soft 5.1 build 22.
