Don't download a file with a .ext extension.  Don't download .rma files.
There are other kinds of streaming audio and I don't know the names for
them./  Basically if you go to a site that does streaming audio, forget
trying to listen to it.  It won't work.  Oh just remembered another
extension .m3u
