After you make your modem selection, since you're not using dialup, by-pass the phone number. Enter your username and password. On the user name, you may need to put the Verizon.net on it. I should ask which version of KeySoft you are running, because on 5.1 you'll need to enter the .net, on the 6.1 you don't. If you have numbers in your email address or password, you need to make them in lower case. I believe with Verizon, the authenticication needs to be set to yes. On the logon to network, set it to yes if you are using a pc as well. You can by-pass the wait for dialtone. Compression needs to be set to yes. HTH
