Hi Tina,

After you have pasted someone's e-mail address from the clipboard into the Send
To field using [BACKSPACE with V], [CONTROL with V], and if you have that
person's name in your Contacts as well as the e-mail address, both will be
pasted. What you have to do to cut out the name is to use the home command
[SPACE with dots 1-3], [FUNCTION with LEFT ARROW] to move to the beginning of
the pasted text, and then use the normal Delete Current Word Under Cursor
command [BACKSPACE with dots 2-5], [CONTROL with K] to erase the name. In
general, you must first use the Home or End command (the End command is [SPACE
with dots 4-6], [FUNCTION with RIGHT ARROW]) to get to the beginning or end of
the Send To field. Only after you have done this can you use the standard
Delete commands and the touch cursor to edit the field. Concerning your
e-mails not appearing in Grade 2, press the ADVANCE and NEXT thumb keys
together. Your Preferred Reading Grade (in the Braille Display Options of the
Options Menu) must be set to Grade 2 for this to work because the other two
options are 6-Dot and 8-Dot Computer Braille. If the Preferred Reading Grade
is set to 2, just press the thumb keys once. You should see Preferred Reading
Grade on the display, and when you ADVANCE it once, your e-mail should be in
Grade 2. HTH.

Maria
