Hello All of you have helped me so far. I tried going back to the date before my system got screwed up to no avail. I don't Thanks backing up will work because I have NO backup files to begin with. Also, the unit came with Keysoft 5 whereas I have only Keysoft 5.1 which I should not pass on to the rightful owner.
