Stacy, This sometimes happens if your battery was totally flat and you
have done the full recharge. To bring everything back to normal, hold
down dots 456while pressing the reset button, all while the unit is
turned on. You should then wait till you receive the main menu prompt
and you'd have to reset the date and time. You might get a message that
system files has been updated and to do a normal reset, which is nothing
to worry about. Also, if you during that process receive a message that
the planner cannot be accessed, a reset with no keys held down usually
rectifies the problem.

Riana

Subject: [Braillenote] BN Problem

Hey, all,
I just recharged my BrailleNote battery as I always have, but when I

turned the power back on, it will only allow me to access one drive, the
Keysoft
System Disk. What happened to my Flash drive and all the stuff I saved
on it
and how can I get it back? (I have a BrailleNote 32 Version 4.01 with a
Perkins
style keyboard.)
Thanks,
Stacy
