Stacy, This sometimes happens if your battery was totally flat and you have done the full recharge. To bring everything back to normal,hold down dots 456while pressing the reset button, all while the unit is turned on. You should then wait till you receive the main menu prompt and you'd have to reset the date and time. You might get a message that system files has been updated and to do a normal reset, which is nothing to worry about. Also, if you during that process receive a message that the planner cannot be accessed, a reset with no keys held down usually rectifies the problem.
