To go from 5.1 to 6.11, you need the two SMA counts to go to 6.1, your product key, which you will be able to get as soon as the SMA's have been paid for, and then 6.11, which is in effect a patch for 6.1. By the way, my upgrade took place yesterday and went off without a hitch, and the web browser is much improved--like I might even use it now! (grin)

Currently, I have version 5.1 build 22. Will they have to buy two upgrades to get 6.11? Will I get 6.1 and still have to download 6.11? I haven't paid attention to the messages about it all, because I didn't think I'd be able to get the upgrades for a long time.
