  Subject: [Braillenote] Downloading upgrades

Hi, I am a new member of this list, I just joined last night and am already
finding out things about my Voice note that I didn't know about before.

My problem at the moment is I haven't been able to download any of my
upgrades because of a number of technical difficulties I have been having.
But now I have a new computer that I can connect my Voice note to and now I
want to get the latest upgrade. I've just been onto the pulse data webpage
and found the place to get them but it asks for a password and I don't
remember ever giving one to pulse data. I have asked my brother to look at
the maintenance agreement but there is no mention of a password on it. So
does anyone know what I need to do to be able to access my already paid for
  upgrades?

I am currently running 4.02 because I got the free upgrade last weekend when
I went to a technology display that pulse data was at. I didn't realise that
I had the problem of downloading the upgrades then because I hadn't tried
using my computer with active sink then because it was only then that I
found out that it was an option. I couldn't connect to the internet with my
voice note before last weekend because of a problem that was fixed at the
display. I have only had my voice note for about a year now.

Sorry for the long post but I hope I have used the space to explain exactly
what is going on and hopefully there is someone who can help me.
