Wow. I don't know where all you guys get the money for all these gadgets.

My ears are turning green.

Hi,
Welcome to the list. The Braille Note 18 and 32-35ll units are identical except for Braille display size and the top cover. If memory serves, Humanware can upgrade an 18-35ll unit to a 32-35ll unit by simply swapping the 18-35ll display with a 32-35ll display and replacing the existing top cover with one which accomodates the larger display. I don't recall what the upgrade price would be.

After having used a Braille Lite 40 for a couple of years, I decided to switch to the Braille Note and wouldn't even think of opting for an 18-35ll display. Odd as it may seem, it was even a bit strange getting used to only 32 cells, but having used the Braille Note 32 for almost three years now, 32 cells are quite enough, and the Braille Note has become such an integral part of my daily activities that it goes nearly everywhere with me.

Cheers!
Tom
