Keao, a very good friend gave me this information. Here it is:
If you restored the Address List file, this would just restore the contents of
the Address List up to that point, but the KeyList file would restore all three
databases. If you want to make sure you've backed up all files which store
database records for all databases (discdb extensions, not the DDF files),
backup the entire KeyList folder of the Flash Disk. DO NOT use the Copy File
option and the multiple-character wild card to copy all files, as this will not
get the hidden files, the files which contain database records, and this is
what you want. Instead, use the Backup option:
  1) From the Main Menu, press U for the Utilities Menu, and press B for the
"Backup or Restore" option.
  2) At the prompt asking whether you wish to backup or restore, press B for
"Backup".
  3) Select the Flash Disk and the KeyList folder.
  4) Select the backup location. Note that the KeyList folder will become a
subfolder of whichever folder you choose to make the backup in. If you
selected the root directory of your Storage Card as the backup location, the
folder KeyList will appear along with the rest of your folders (as opposed to
being a subfolder of another folder whose name appears on the list).
If you backed up only the Address List database, use the File Manager to copy
it from your backup location to the KeyList folder of the Flash Disk. If you
need to restore the entire KeyList folder, use the Backup or Restore option,
pressing R for "Restore" (instead of B for "Backup" or I for "Incremental
Backup") at the prompt asking whether you wish to backup or restore. Select
the location of the folder and the folder itself, and select the Flash Disk as
the drive to restore to.
