Peggy Is there somewhere I can read up on the different contracts and their costs. I am not sure what coverage I got with the CAP program, but I was able to get 5.1 free. Got any ideas. Terry Powers

It's called a service contract. <smile> It's one of those things that you have to decide whether it's worth purchasing or not, based on how likely you think it is that your BN will need servicing. I like to keep one on my unit, just because if something major goes out on it, it'll be covered. But there are times when nothing happens to it, and I've spent the money for nothing. I'm probably a bad girl, but I don't send my unit in every year for cleaning like I probably should. I'd miss it too much. So I just send it in when it needs servicing or upgrading, which has only been twice in four years. I don't know how much a thousand pounds is in American money, but it sounds like a lot; so if you can afford it, it might be a good idea to get a service contract.
