Hi Richard,

An M20 is the Millennium 20 or 40 if you please notetakers which are manufactured by Freedom Scientific. These are similar to the Braille Lite 2000 Braille Lite 40 and even the BNS 2000. I'm told they are still current even though the Packmate is truly the product they are concentrating on.
