Bruce, I have found that my BN doesn't like it when I enter DNS numbers. I leave both fields blank and all seems to be well.

Check all entries for correctness. Pay particular attention to those entries which must be entered in computer Braille. Other grades won't work for these entries. Ask your ISP if case makes a difference. I began to realize that I should really take the time to set up email on my BN. I am running keysoft 4.02, on a BT 32. When I go to connect, I get a message that the smpt server can not be found. My ISP, NAISP, tells me that the settings should be the same for pop, & smpt servers, mail.naisp.net. The DNS settings seem to be correct, but there is a problem somewhere. I might add that usually the customer support at NAISP has been fairly helpful, what I believe to be a rarity with customer service throughout the industry. Am I missing something here, or what questions should I be asking these folks? Thanks: Bruce B.
