Hi, That's eventually what I had to deo. I don't think it's working quite
right, though. If I'm in gps, for instance, if I don't make a choice within
a split second, I get thrown back to the previous choice, so I enter my
instruction while the pk is still speaking. Maybe it just needs a night's
rest. I'm a little concerned.
Anyway, thanks for the advice. Now I know how to erase the folder, which
was a little tricky in one-handed mode.

I haven't been following this, but if you haven't already, erase the
keysoft.ksd file and then do a simple reset immediately. You'll have to
set
your date and time and voice settings again, but it should get you out of
one-handed mode. My qt got stuck in one-handed mode shortly after I got
it.
It was scary. It didn't cause any problems except it kept telling me I
was
in one-handed mode. See if this helps.
