I presume you are using KS 5.1.  Is this correct?

What type of file have you created and has it been exported to another file
type or are you editing the original?

A couple of possibilities are that the keysoft.ksd file has been corrupted
or that the Duxbury software is for some reason not working correctly in
which case, a reinstall of Keysoft would be in order.

However, since you seem to be getting this problem with specific files, it
is probably more likely that we're dealing with file issues here.
