Hi Isaac,
Thanks very much. I saw the snap, but I certainly didn't think of putting
the PK in from the back. I'll try that right now.

Rosemary,
the BNPK goes in the case from the back. there's a snap, open that case
and just slide it in from the back. then be sure to snap the case closed.
That button on the left of the joystick has no usage for now. It will have
a use in future upgrades. I hope this helps you.
Just open the case from the back and slide the device in face up and you
can open the front so you know you have it right side up. the case has a
large snap and it has a large button on the bottom of the case. so once
you slide the machine in, be sure to snap it closed to hold the unit in
place. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask!

Hi, I received my BN-PK a couple of days ago. One thing I can't figure
out is how to fit it into the case that came with it. I asked a sighted
friend, and she couldn't figure it out, either. It seems a bit too long
for the case. I feel pretty incompetent, but.... I'd appreciate any
information PK users could pass along.
Also, what is the button to the left of the joystick? I don't think it's
a reset buton, but I didn't see i mentioned in the "Getting Started" book
that comes with the PK. Having said that, I'll try going into Keyboard
mode and pressing it to see if I get any info.
Thanks very much.
