I have had two SMA's for over a year now. Yet, when I go to the web site, I am told that I have zero available.
I could see a month or so to get the paperwork in order, but over a year?
Once this upgrade finally is released and I buy another two SMA's, how long will it take before the download site shows an accurate count? Another year?

Yes, and when this web site was first announced, we were told that an
accurate sma count would be indicated there.

We have to call them or write a direct email to get an answer.

If that's the case, then how do you know if you have any SMA's? I truly
don't know, because the last time I upgraded to a major version, my
rehab
counselor took care of it. My BN needed some extensive work at the
time.

For some reason the SDW site always says there are 0 SMAs available.
Don't
trust it, it's not correct.
