Hi, Kat,
Yes, I know. I have been on other company lists and am on several now. I
respect companies that care enough about their customers to run such lists
and participate in them. I honestly believe that that is the only way their
developers can get a sense of real-world uses and problems that their
hardware and software is confronted with. I believe that that is the only
way they can grasp how people are feeling and how they are using their
creations. I believe that it is worth their time to do so. In addition, one
is likely to get more timely help.

Hi, Congrats on getting one of most awesome pieces of tech anywhere -
though we do occasionally complain; it's sort of an in-family kind of
thing - you know, how you might tell your sister or brother something you
wouldn't say to a distant acquaintance. We're kind of like that about our
BN's - most of us can't imagine a time before them.
Also, tech support here highly helpful.
welcome to the list.

Subject: [Braillenote] new member
Hi, Everybody,
I just joined this list a short while ago and am in the process of
acquiring a Braille Note 32. I see already a lot of names I recognize
including people I have not seen for many years. I am looking forward to
being jpart of this list. Since I have only looked at a
BN at a Pulse Data/Humanware seminar, I know very little and will therefore
have way more to learn than I can contribute. I do enjoy and appreciate
lists run by the companies for their complex adaptive hardware and software
and am therefore looking foward to new discussion, new learning, and new
friends.
Cordially,
Evelyn
