Michelle, I would advise you to read section 2.11 of the User Guide and follow the suggestions there for care of the BN braille display. I would also suggest you exercise the display. This is found in the support information mode within options by pressing space with i. Pressing x will start the exercise and you can get your context sensitive help in the normal way.
