Patti, I believe it's sold by Optelec. I don't have their number. Wait! Optelec sells "Mobile Speak". that program makes your cellphone talk. It costs $300 and if you want them to load it for you, it's an additional $100. they can tell you if your phone is compatible. www.optelec.com Now I am not sure who makes Talks. Isaac
