It is on com1. and what is the setting to look for? I'm debating on calling pdh tomorrow or just taking it back to radio shack and find the guy who does this through his pda and have him change it since i'm hoping he'll know what to look for. Do you know if this is normal to have to change settings the first time? If so, then I guess the phones have really changed since I got my first sprint phone. and actually, if I can get this working, i may just go back to radio shack in the future when i want a new phone since they seem pretty helpful offering help in programming and one guy just went online to look at supplynet with me and suggested i do that before getting any new phones since this is important to me.
