That's interesting. I had never heard this from anyone at pulsedata but it
makes a great deal of sense since I ended up downloading 298 e-mails
yesterday on a dial-up because some goofball techie decided to unplug my
router andfix my e-mail so everything would get left on the server. Anyway
the poor Braille Note was having coronaries and cerebral hemorhages all over
the place but we got through it ok. Anyway, they came back with a wireless
router yesterday afternoon and I am totally wireless /woo Hoo and so will be
pretty ready for the Braille Note when the upgrade gets here.
I had the cable modem removed and decided to stay with my old friends at
one.net and Cincinnati Bell and it is just too cool to be able to both send
and receive messages and be nowhere near your desk.
Well about all from here.

Stacey,
PDI has mentioned numberous times that it's best not to download too big a
package at once. they remind us that this is not a PC but a notetaker.
they recommend no more than fifty kilobytes of info at once. now many
disregard this requirement or specification and they probably run in to
problems like taking hours to download these huge packages of email. I bet
you Rhonda doesn't download these huge packages of email with her
voicenote or braillenote either.

Hi all,
My demonstration of the voicenote was postponeduntil next week. Can't

would it take to download say 100 emails?
Just curious.
